As an avid traveler and photographer, I’m always seeking out breathtaking landscapes, local treasures, and different cultures. While collecting passport stamps, I do in-depth research on each destination, finding must-see attractions, hidden gems, delicious food, and must-do activities. I’m also obsessed with logistics, and love sharing travel planning tips that save time and money.
Growing up in Almeria, Spain, my childhood adventures in camping and scouting fostered a deep love for nature and adventure. My career as an industrial engineer financed transformative trips across Europe and Southeast Asia, and in 2017, I got a work visa and moved to the U.S., where I fell in love with its deserts and starry skies.
Stepping out of my comfort zone like this was a turning point in my life. It’s what made me feel most alive, and I wanted to share that feeling with others.
So, I started the travel and photography blog, Capture the Atlas, a passion project that evolved into a collection of comprehensive travel guides and photos from my adventures. In 2023, I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate job to travel full-time and share the world’s magic through Capture the Atlas.
